PUNJAB, a big state where agriculture flourishes and the food is just too good. Did you know that Punjab is also known as the Land of Golden Harvests On my bucket list of places to visit in India is the Golden Temple in Amritsar, which is situated in Punjab. A land of spirituality, Sikhs, food and lehengas comes my Lauki Kofta made in an appe pan.
My partner for this round of cooking was Ashima Goyal from My Weekend Kitchen and she gave Cashews and Besan as the secret ingredients for me to work with. Lauki Kofta was an obvious choice to make but i decided to go a little healthy and make them in an appe pan.
