  1. Wash and prep all the vegetables and keep them aside
  2. In a wok / kadai, hear some oil and add the onions to it
  3. Once the onions are pink in colour, add the garlic and saute for a min
  4. Add the beans, salt, turmeric powder and let them cook
  5. Once the beans are 80% cooked, add the tofu, peppper powder, green chillies and mix well
  6. Once all the ingredients are cooked, serve hot with rice / roti or have it as is a s a warm salad
