This is a very simple aloo sabzi and it goes very well with roti or parathas.
Aamchur wale aloo
In this case, i have not peeled the skin of the aloo. Cut the aloo into long strips (1 inch length)
Heat oil in a kadai. add jeera and let it splutter.
Add turmeric powder, cut aloo and salt amd mix well..cook on low flame with lid closed...
When the aloo is almost done, add the red chilli powder and cook with lid open and roast the aloo...
Once the aloos are done, add the aamchur powder and mix well (though i have said 2 tsp, one could add according to their own requirements)
Add lot of corriander leaves and mix well...
Serve hot with rotis or parathas
